Pediatric Care Center has two Board Certified Pediatricians and one Board Certified Physician Assistant on staff specialized in providing comprehensive care for your child(ren), from birth to young adulthood, in all perspectives including physical, mental, and social health. Not only will our providers diagnosis and treat many chronic and acute illnesses, our staff will treat your child(ren) with the respect, dignity, and compassion that you would expect from a primary care provider.
As the weather gets nicer, it is time to think about scheduling your child's annual well child exam and/or sports physical. As per our policy, no refills, telehealth visits, excuses, referrals will be authorized without a current physical exam (within 1 year).
In addition, the guidelines for youth sports (6th grade and under) have changed. For the upcoming season, a sports exam has to be done AFTER May 31st. PIAA sports (7th grade and up) have to be done AFTER April 30th.
There is a $35 charge for all sports exams, unless done in conjunction with your child's yearly exam. |

Pediatric Care Center offers a sliding fee discount on some services based on patient's household income and family size.
If you would like to see if you qualify for the sliding fee discount, please complete the application below and submit with proof of income to our office. Once application and all required documents are received, reviewed, and approved, sliding fee will be applied. |
